Our actions are largely driven by our needs. Love and recognition in particular are considered powerful drivers of our behaviour. But where do we find the ultimate recognition? In our own little bubble, our bubble.

The bubble is the place where everyone ticks, talks and acts in the same way. It's like a gigantic party where everyone dances to the same beat. We feel safe and secure in this familiar bubble. Companies and brands have realised that they need to put together the right packages that are personalised and tailored to us. They create platforms on which we feel safe and secure and business models that perfectly match our bubble. In doing so, they build trust and loyalty. It's almost like Spotify is a close friend who says: "Hey, I know what's perfect for your playlist!"

In our themed evening , we take a look inside the Echo Chamber, at the behaviour of consumers inside and outside the bubble and at digital business models that adapt perfectly to these behaviours.
