Rapid technological development and the new digital transformation are creating a gap between supply and demand on the labor market, which will become increasingly acute due to the need for new job profiles in the so-called "4th industrial revolution". In the largest area of new specialized employment - science and technology (STEM) fields - both young women and people with physical disabilities face challenges and barriers in accessing technical education. These challenges were also observed by each member of the project partnership (Austria, Spain and Italy).
The MULTI-LEVEL HYBRID LEARNING project addresses these gaps by supporting people to acquire and develop basic skills and key competences to increase employability in new specialties, skills and profiles of professionals in the context of the profound and rapid changes in the labor market.

Depending on market demand or employment needs or career development, the MULTI-LEVEL HYBRID LEARNING approach enables flexible and multidisciplinary learning (distance learning, face-to-face or blended learning).
