The central aim of PIA is to develop the areas of expertise required for digitalized agriculture. Using the "Picture of the Future" innovation method, a picture of the future is derived in a four-stage process. In order to ensure that the "Picture of the Future for Agriculture" is as comprehensive and accurate as possible, two agricultural and forestry schools will be involved as cooperation partners. Thus, based on a forecast of the future for the digital farmer, an overview of the fields of competence to be considered will be generated and these fields of competence will be derived into requirements for future teaching and advisory services.
