SCOPE – Skills for Corporate Entrepreneurship

Contact: Anita Ulz, MSc, FH CAMPUS 02

Corporate entrepreneurship is defined as the commitment of an existing company to promote innovation by raising resources for the development of new entrepreneurial ventures, new products, services or processes, the renewal of strategies and market positioning.

The holistic approach of the SCOPE project ensures that companies and their employees benefit from the project and that intrapreneurship can be introduced more efficiently. The newly developed innovative competence matrices for managers and employees/students as well as an easy-to-use ex-ante gap analysis tool for managers generate added value for European companies and consultants.

The project objectives are:

  • Promoting innovation and business growth in European companies;
  • Introduction of intrapreneurship structures within companies;
    • Expanding employees' competencies and entrepreneurial skills.
