Our further training in innovation management has a modular structure. This means that the modules can be completed individually or in combination within a certain time frame - up to the Certified Innovation Expert level. You also have the opportunity to work on a company-specific project under the supervision of our innovation experts at the university.
The university courses at Department of Innovation Management teach key aspects of innovation management and aim to open up new perspectives for participants. The focus ranges from the effective generation of ideas to the (further) development of business models, the analysis of trends and market needs, agile management styles and the creation of prototypes and digital mock-ups as part of a design sprint.
The Innovation Business School's certificate course is the ideal further training course for anyone who wants to acquire sound and practice-oriented knowledge in innovation management without having to complete a degree. The course is designed to be flexible and therefore easily compatible with working life. Upon completion of the program and certification as an Innovation Expert, participants have the necessary skills to independently implement what they have learned in innovation projects.
