The CAMPUS 02 university of applied sciences is committed to considering the diversity of our society in its activities and incorporating it into the planning of strategic processes.

 

The coordinator for Gender & Diversity Management oversees the various activities, provides support on gender and , diversity issues, offers the necessary expertise, and assists the degree programs and central services in raising awareness and building gender and diversity competence.

Um diskriminierungsfrei zu kommunizieren, haben wir zudem an der einen  Language Guide  zur Orientierung, Unterstützung und Anwendungshilfe für das Verfassen geschlechtergerechter und inklusiver Texte und Dokumente entwickelt, den wir im Rahmen der gesellschaftlichen und rechtlichen Vorgaben kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und erweitern.

The goals are to achieve a productive overall atmosphere (in the company), prevent social discrimination against minorities, and improve equal opportunities. The differences include externally perceptible ones, such as gender, ethnicity, age, and disability, as well as subjective differences like sexual orientation, religion, and lifestyle.
