The numerous activities in the field of digitalisation will provide Austrian and European researchers with access to first-class European digital services, as well as computing, storage and analysis capacities. This also facilitates the open exchange of data and services and creates a reliable and open environment in which the scientific community can store, exchange and reuse scientific data and results. Attention is paid to ensuring legal certainty and the associated ethical aspects.
CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences is also an innovative partner for SMEs in its research and development activities when it comes to taking appropriate steps towards digitalisation. For research, development and innovation at CAMPUS 02 UAS, the term digitalisation means the problem-solving-oriented use of corresponding new technologies and the further development of these technologies in the key areas of expertise. CAMPUS 02 UAS' R&D activities have already covered many aspects of digitalisation in the past and are now focusing specifically on providing support in this area in all subject areas.
Take a look at the project examples to see how CAMPUS 02 UAS can support companies on their path to digitalisation in a variety of ways:
At CAMPUS 02 UAS, research and development are inextricably linked with the benefits of the results for the economy. What counts here are innovative approaches at a scientific level, a structured approach and benefit-orientated solution competence. The particular strengths of research and development at CAMPUS 02 UAs are the creation and realisation of practical concepts through to functional prototypes as well as the development of helpful industry-independent instruments to support Styrian SMEs in particular with a wide range of issues.
