It is important to us to support mothers and fathers in balancing work and family life as effectively as possible. Therefore, we offer a flexible flexitime model, part-time options, home office days, or care leave. Additionally, extended holiday and flexitime periods are possible and can also be combined. During the summer months, interesting childcare projects are available through partnerships (e.g., with the Chamber of Commerce or the Children’s University, Graz).
At the subsidised WIFI Buffet Lunch, you can choose from several menu options. To get to the university, we support you either with a contribution towards a job ticket or a parking permit. Our works council has established numerous partnerships with various companies, allowing you as a member of staff to shop at discounted rates.

Derzeitige Servicestellen sind: Studienservice & International Office, HRM, Marketing & PR, Digitalisierung & IT-Services, Wissensmanagement & Qualitätsentwicklung, Facility Management & Infopoint, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Alumni Management, Gender & Diversity Management, Bibliothek, Koordination Fremdsprachen, Organisationsentwicklung & Ressourcen sowie Koordination Forschung & Entwicklung.
Unser Zentrum für Hochschuldidaktik (ZHD) hat die Aufgabe, Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Lehre anzuregen und umzusetzen.
In INNOLAB, you can work in Innovation Support for Companies or in the INNOSCHOOL area.
As a Restart-Up Expert in INNOLAB, you will support Styrian companies with their innovation projects and help them become future-ready. You will assist businesses with RESTART, helping them to renew their existing offerings, develop new products or services, or rethink their business models.
As a member of the INNOSCHOOL team, you will make creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation understandable and accessible for students.
