Teilnahme und Finanzielles
Die ersten 24 Studierenden, die sich anmelden, nachdem die Einladung von den Offices ausgeschickt wurden, können an der Dublin Experience teilnehmen.
Der Selbstbehalt der Studierenden beläuft sich auf ca. 900€. Die tatsächlichen Kosten hängen von der Dauer der Dublin Experience und der Anzahl der Teilnehmer*Innen sowie den gewählten Freizeitaktivitäten ab. Diese Mobilitätsmaßnahme wird mit einem eigenen Stipendium unterstützt (Detailinfos dazu entnehmen Sie bitte der Einladung zur Dublin Experience).
Frequently Asked Questions
By submitting the registration form, you commit to participating in the Dublin Experience. We always offer students the option of taking out travel insurance to cover costs in the event of illness. If you are unable to attend for professional reasons, for example, you must cover all costs already incurred at the time of cancellation. Ideally, another student will take your place - then you only have to pay the rebooking costs incurred.
If you have not yet exhausted the scholarships for mobility that CAMPUS 02 UAS grants to its students (see Scholarship Guidelines), the funding from CAMPUS 02 UAS for the Dublin Experience in the amount of €300 will be automatically and unbureaucratically deducted from the final invoice. You do not need to submit an application.
This depends on your degree programme. Some degree programmes grant credit - you will find detailed information on this in the invitation to the Dublin Experience sent out by the office of your degree programme.
