The Management Board and the Rectorate form the Executive Board of CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences, which is jointly responsible for the development, strategy and quality of the university. The Executive Board deals with all matters that affect CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences as a whole.

The management represents the UAS towards third parties, the UAS Rector is the external representative of the UAS Board within the framework of the tasks specified in the FHG.
